MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR SIDER AND ALL OF THE CLINICAL ASSOCIATES WAS EXTREMELY POSITIVE. HOWEVER THE OFFICE STAFF LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MIMI THE OFFICE MANAGER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS SINCE DECEMBER 2017 REGARDING A REFUIND I AM DUE. WHICH MIMI DID CONFIRM THAT WAS DUE. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK NOR THE REFUND. I AM PLACE ON HOLD WHEN I CALL THEN I GET DISCONNECTED. DUE TO THE OFFICE STAFF I WILL BE FORCED TO VISIT A NEW DENTIST

Coast Dental is holding me hostage, I paid them $4,400. For wor that is going to cost me another $3,500 and this is for a bridge, I asked them if I could pay them $1,700. And the balance in 60 days their finance person said NO I had to have all the money when I come back and they would not even have my final bridge SMH I need a lawyer BC I don't know what they did for $4,400. I paid them $5,500 six years for the same bridge work. Rip Offs!!!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst dental experience of my life. My appointment was at 10am and I was told to arrive 30 minutes early and did. While waiting over an HOUR AND A HALF to be seen, two staff got into a verbal altercation at full volume and everyone that came after me was seen. No one spoke to me once during this wait to apologize or let me know what was going on. Once I finally get called back the tech was EXTREMELY rude. Appts are useless at this place cause they don't use it. Waited 2 hours after my set appt time and still nothing.
Dr was very easy on my mouth 5++++ stars will go back again
It was great the dentist and assistant were very friendly and quick. I'll definitely going back.
