Having better customer care and not charging patients with products they never received.
By far the worst customer service I have ever delt with in my life... I continue to get thrown under the bus 3 times they have rescheduled my appointment and they can’t even remember what that said on my voice mail.. they would said my appointment is this time when clearly I have a appointment card saying this time but now they lost two customers my son and I and the officer manager told me she didn’t care and thank you have a great weekend wow wow

After waiting months to bring an elderly lady to the dentist, Coast Dental’s St Lucie West location, called the day before to cancel her appointment. She has DentaQuest as her insurance. DentaQuest told me all they had to do is call them to obtain the lady’s eligibility. They refused. They were mean spirited and rude. After waiting months to see a dentist, I have to tell the lady they cancelled her. The lady has no family and used to be my neighbor, so I try to help her. She lives in a nursing home. So sad.

They did a tooth extraction and ripped my sinus cavity open. they did not inform me . I am a cancer patient and should have been informed. I went back , suspecting that something was wrong and they did another procedure that resulted in me in the emergency room on my death bed. When I was discharged both my oncologist and I contacted said practice and was ensured they would fix the issue. I originally went to Coast Dental after not going to the dentist for about 7 years out of fear. I was scared going in for my first visit. I was lucky enough to have been given Doctor Cerra to be the one to deal with not just my teeth but my high anxiety. I was also scared of being “shamed” for not going to the dentist in so long, but I was never treated like that. Best decision ever to chose Coast Dental! They start out nice and friendly, until you need something. I continue to leave messages, I am up to 6 and still no returned calls. Now their voice mail is full. I am now waiting in the office to speak to someone who will help me with information I need for my son's care. Please do not put yourself through this.
