I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve received at this office. In the past I’ve had long waits, strong pushes by the hygienist to purchase items like sonic toothbrushes and special rinses, and when they filled my only cavity I had to ask for more of the numbing agent because I felt everything. I feel like all of the above is a little on the normal side, but then I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Worst dentist I have ever been to...Long waits - usually over an hour after your scheduled appt time. Rude staff and the dentist will spend no time with you at all. Had a chipped tooth that they filled which broke after the first day, had it redone 2 more times with the same result. The last straw for me was this morning. Had an 8:30 appt that was confirmed (twice) they called and cancelled the appt at 8:25 right as I was parking. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
