COAST DENTAL DELTONA IS THE WORST THEY SCAMMED MY INSURANCE THEY BILLED THEM FOR WORK THEY DID NOT DO. THEY BROKE MY TOOTH AND SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT THAT DAY AND NEVER DID.
Such a friendly office. Krystal was my hygienist today and she made me feel like I have brand new teeth!!! Seriously it’s been far too long since I had been to a dentist and she was just sweet and kind, let me know there was some work to be done but didn’t make me feel bad about it. And Dr. Cruz is extra thorough-spent lots of time with me, didn’t feel rushed. And they always let you know how much something is going to cost before doing anything. Happy to have found this dentist �
As usual they lose my appointment. Their response is there must have been a glitch in the system. I ask can you still see me today and was told no because they have appointments to keep. I guess almost $600 worth of work isn't important enough to keep an appointment or a patient.
HORRIBLE billing services. Never returning phone calls. And due to THEM not billing my insurance in a timely manner or the wrong way, I am stuck paying for my whole bills from over a year ago.
