Zero stars really. A shady business practice to say the least. They charged me 1200$ for a deep cleaning claiming that it is absolutely necessary and that they contacted my insurance and it doesn't cover it. The insurance company was not called. Later, claimed that they needed $35 because the initial consultation wasn't covered by the insurance. When I told them I will pay it after I call the insurance company, they refused to see me. While their facility was very clean, the attitude that I got was definitely a one-star service I need to have some Bridge work done I'm on a existing bridge that I have and the doctor seemed very annoyed by my questions, I don't understand dentist / medical terminology so I had to ask a few questions. She seemed like she didn't want to do the repair work and was making sure that I know that any repair that she might have done she would not be held responsible for if something happened to my bridge because of it. So, this one star review isn’t regarding the quality of their dental work, but it’s about the management and trying to contact them. I had an appointment set for a certain date, but realized I wouldn’t be able to make it due to timing and having scheduled a different appointment that was too close to the time frame.
