They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
