Coast Dental sucks! I have been waiting months for my partial denture...there's is always some excuse, such as, they haven't received approval yet. The insurance company says they sent the approval two weeks ago. Someone is lying to me...in the meantime, I still cannot eat solid food for the past 10 months. When you're poor, you're treated like crap in this world.
Check your wallets after you get done with their billing staff! They continue to submit the WRONG insurance codes / so the patient PAYS more out of pocket. Dr. Nick is a great guy, but obviously doesn't get messages from his "Gatekeepers" Looking forward to hearing from him to explain / just how ignorant his office manager and billing department is and how poorly they treated us when all we did was question, How Much is this going to cost us?
