I call up their local number of course I wind up getting a call center somewhere. He asked me if I can be there in an hour which I decline they then say I got one at 9:00 one at 10:30 etc etc I say let's do the 9:00 so I schedule it this was at approximately 1:00 not 2:30 or so I'm in meetings I get a call my cell phone and say I don't answer it they're wanting to confirm my appointment then it 4:58 they call again saying well since you haven't bothered to call us and we haven't talked we're canceling your appointment I call... read more
Worst dentist. Went for gingivitis and they stretched it out to 3 visits and it was mandatory that I purchased their pricey toothbrush + medicated mouthwash (that are not covered by insurance). 6 months later: they canceled my regular cleaning over text with no notice and suddenly they dont answer the phone. I’ve called at least 20 times over the span of the last month and the voicemail box is full so I can’t schedule. Literally the worst.
Unprofessional! I called 2 months ago to have some teeth pulled because I was having tooth pain. Upon arrival I waited over a hour to have xrays of my teeth and they told me that I have come back in couple months to see the dentist and that they will schedule a extraction at that time if the dentist thinks its necessary. Like WTF. I feel they just wanted to rip me off. I am a busy person and I do not have time to keep taking time from work to go to the dentist .
