I had a root canal appointment scheduled and left extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I waited about 30 minutes before being taken to the back. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. If there was a problem with the office’s system, patients should have been notified before arriving, especially for procedures as important as a root canal.
