I came into this office seeking urgent relief for a painful toothache right before starting a new job, hoping to establish care with a reliable provider. Instead, I had a deeply unsettling experience. I waited for two hours and then couldn’t be seen because they gave me wrong information so I rescheduled came back. Another time waited an hour and still couldn’t be seen because they were having tech problems. I would leave zero stars if I could.

I was calling to make an appointment for my fiancé he had been there and in the system. He has carried Capital Health Plan for 30 yrs with the State of Florida , after pecking on his keyboard he came back and said we do t take CHP. Well when did that change. These are rude people and don’t care! Sorry, but how does that happen?

I was misdiagnosed with a periodontitis, and was told to do a deep cleaning that costs 3k (I am in network so I don’t understand why this price), there was no dentist on place they talked to me online, and the dentist said other things that I have but no one was there to review it. I went to a different dentist and a dentist on site reviewed my case turns out I did not needed such a expensive treatment and I do not have periodontitis.
