I bought a toothbrush and returned it the next business day because it was broken. I was told that I would be refunded to my credit card within 3 weeks that was on Jan 31st 2017. It has been almost 4 months and every time I call I get another excuse. They have gave me there refund number but no one has ever answered. The receptionist is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Rude staff members. Tell you one thing on the phone and then say sorry can't do that today come back in 2 weeks. Why promise something if you can't do it...
