DON'T GO HERE. This dentist office owes me over $400 since August of 2021. I was told that I had to prepay for services and they would file with my insurance. The problem is that THEY WON'T FILE THE CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE. I've been fighting with them for over a year and can't get reimbursed because they won't file the claim. DON'T TRUST THIS DENTIST. I've been scammed out of hundreds of dollars.
Worst experience ever at a dentist office. I called them a month ago for an appointment and provided my insurance information. They apparently had an issue finding it and decide not to call and tell me. So I arrive, find out there’s a problem and end up waiting there for 30 minutes while they twiddle their thumbs and then finally call the insurance company back (mind you, their earliest appt was 8:30, I normally go online work at 8:00, so at this point I’m already an hour lost of work and still nothing). From the first person I met when arriving to the dental nurse and the dentist himself, everyone was professional yet friendly and made you feel at ease and at home, like you'd been a patient for years... Went in for a horrible toothache, after the exam and xrays, everything was discussed so I could make an informed and intelligent decision on which direction I wanted to go...I opted to have two of my teeth pulled.
