THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I"VE EVER EXPERIENCED. FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, MANGEMENT NEED EARLY RETIREMENT. EVERY APPOINTMENTS CANCEL DAY OF THRU TEXT MESSAGES. NO RESPECT TO PATIENCE. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. MY RATING IS A ZERO, SPOKE WITH SEVERAL PATIENCE AND THEY SHARED THE SAME STORY.
I called over a week ago asking for an appointment. I was called today by someone telling me they have no dentist's and aren't taking any new patients. Really? The website tells me otherwise.
RecommendedMy husband was out of town working and had a dental emergency. I called multiple dental offices and no one was able to get him in. I finally was able to get an appointment with Coast Dental they took him in, spent a long amount of time determining the best plan of action. They were able to treat him in the same day. He does not have dental insurance and they waived the X-ray and exam fee and only charged the treatment costs
This was the best dental experience in my life. Everyone was so caring from the front to the back. I really recommend this place💜
Just finished my visit, and scheduled for my next. Dr was beyond incredible, very gentle and professional. The staff was above expectations of any office. Very sweet, helpful and not upset when my BCBS was having issues. Sasha was amazing. She was so sweet and helped me understand everything going on. Honestly I dis like the dentist but I really eenjoyed the visit today! Highly recommend!

I trust Dr Parra to do all my dental work . Her assistants work very well wil her . They know what she needs and when, teamwork ! Having a simple visit or a 4 hour plus visit is never a problem . Very few Dentice's will work with you with such professionalism for a long visit . I m very happy with the Premier Dental Team .
