Where do I begin....i value respect and time but they obviously do not. They double charged my insurance which took forever to fix. The male dentist made fun of my teeth and dental work I've had done. He called me "woman" and not by my name. The hygienist was beyond rude and laughed at me for being in pain. I sat for 30 ish minutes hearing a upsale pitch of cleanings I did not need. It is a place that only cares about money and not you. The only nice person was the one at the desk.

I was overcharged for the service,. They charged me 700$ after insurance for deep cleaning, which later I found out way too expensive. Won't never come back again.

They do fine work and are very nice. However, they don't tell you when you sign up with them that the orthodontics staff is only in the building about twice per month. Simple retainer problem nets me an appointment three weeks away. My daughter won't wear it because it is 'stabbing' her so how much movement is going to happen in the next three weeks? They'll give her a hard time for it, but we have no options here. Nice folks, but very frustrating if you actually need to be seen outside of an appointment.

My experiences there has always been pleasant. The technicians are courteous, friendly and profession. Love Dr. Rivera! I have and will continue to recommend Coast Dental, Vista.
