They take weeks and weeks "processing" the application but every time you try to call and ask they just say " we will call you back " but they never do please stay away these company poor managment poor on everything stay away and save yourself some money
Crappy property management company gives out misinformation to their tenants and leaves no names for those who have that false information , no professionalism at all
Coast and Valley are the worst property management team in the city. Do not rent with them. We lived in the apartment complex for over 10 years. Prior to C&V it was under Harrod Construction. Harrod was the best. They actually valued their tenants. Im so glad we left a year ago. C&V just want to charge for everything they think they can get away with. They threaten tenants with paying extra fees for trash, they nickel and dime you during move out inspections (even though they are going to replace everything) and they nitpick... read more
314 San Vincente is the house I rented. Keep in mind the water bill will be high if you run the sprinklers, which they require you do, unless they were fixed. We were stuck with $300 water bills for the first 2 months because of a leak they would not fix and we were forced to pay. They then asked for our help to find the leak AFTER we moved out. DO NOT rent from this company!!! We were about as good of tenants as anyone could ask for and dealt with several issues during the duration of our lease. Within 2 weeks we experienced several plumbing issues, water leaks that made our water bill as high as 350 dollars a month and they were not fixed until after we moved out. Doing my own investigating I found that the leak was in the sprinkler system and I was told to simply unplug the system.
