We have bought several Toyotas over the years. We live in Tennessee but keep buying at Coad Toyota in Paducah because of the continued high quality products and the treatment during the purchase of our vehicles… not to mention the top notch quality of Toyota and how Toyota vehicles hold their value. If you have not driven a 2021 Highlander I highly recommend you do! We also have a 2025 Toyota Tundra and it is an awesome truck loaded with extras to make it extra nice to drive.
Our experience with Coad Toyota of Paducah has be outstanding! They worked endlessly getting the exact vehicle we wanted! We love our Grand Highlander! Nick McDowell and Michael Mix are top of the line! Can't say enough good things about the way they treated us and worked to accomplish the job! We will always check with Nick at Coad Toyota when needing a vehicle!
BZ Duwe, our salesman at Coad Toyota in Paducah did an excellent job taking care of our purchase of a 2025 Sienna. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and honest. We had purchased a 2021 Sienna from BZ previously, when you dickered about the price and he was very straightforward, no lies or deceptions. The overall experience at Coad was very easy, mainly due to BZ. I highly recommend him.
Gave COAD one last chance to service my truck, they charged me to diagnose issues, but said nothing wrong. I pointed out to service manager the issue but he didn’t want my business. They won’t get it. Brought my truck to another shop. Not only found the issue, but found even more serious issues that were simple finds. COAD is a ripoff and incompetent.
