Have taken several sequences of classes from Gabriel. I find his teaching to be very powerful. His experience shows because he really knows how to help students and answer questions in a friendly and effective way. It is very cool to see his students light up with some new aha moment, happens to me too. Gabriel helped me, a lot, to accept the parts of me I did not like. He taught me self love, patience and that with time, I can start off in the direction of where I want to be in my life. I am glad our paths crossed. :-)

My (now) husband and I came to Coach Gabriel to choreograph and teach us our first dance for our wedding - in the style of swing. Although my husband is very comfortable dancing, I have a fair amount of anxiety around it. Coach Gabriel was the PERFECT person to walk (dance) us through this experience - He gave me tips to feel more comfortable, and choreographed a great dance for us that we could pull off. I’ve been a student of Gabriel’s for several years. We meet via Zoom both privately and in groups. He is a talented coach combining his skills of kinesiology, tai chi, chi gong, breath work, dance, and question prompts to mentor individuals and groups in whatever they are working on and to foster group discussion and sharing.
