Worst transaction ever. Doesn’t respond. Does not do due diligence, as far as any transaction, violates contracts, which goes against ethic and moral standards in the real estate business. Not ethical.

Mosies got my investment property sold at a reasonable price to a handyman willing to put in the sweat equity who would live in it. He gave weekly updates and actively promoted the property's potential accurately. He even offered to buy the property if a buyer was not found at the price I wanted. Very happy with his performance, positive respectful approach and results.
