I love your yogurt, but when I recently opened a container of unexpired Natural CoYo and found mold on the top i reached out to you via email. I have not received a resonse after sending 2 emails and posting on this page. This tells me that you do not care about the quality of your product or the safety of your customers. i see other reviews here with the same issue. This is no way to run a business.
I’ve been buying CoYo for over a year with no issues, but have recently purchased several of the Natural flavor containers that were moldy well before the “Best Before” date. Local grocery only stocks 6-8 containers at a time, so it’s pretty hard to come by to begin with. Pretty bummed it’s been so bad lately because it was a great source of healthy fat.
Coyo was recommended to us by our son's nutritionist for help gaining weight. He seemed to like it okay, so we bought more. We have to get it from a specialty grocery store, so we buy a bunch a once. 9 of the last 10 we bought were moldy. We were able to return this to the store for a refund, but I also contacted Coyo because I assumed they'd appreciate knowing this. I never heard back from anyone. It is disappointing, but we now avoid completely as I'm not confident in their food safety practices.
I love CoYo coconut yogurt- when I manage to get one that isn’t already full of mold. For every 5 yogurts that I purchase, guaranteed 3 of them will be moldy when I open them (way before the expiration date, and with the foil sealed, mind you). At almost $3 a cup, I’ll go bankrupt at the rate I’m throwing these things out. See ya, CoYo!

Coyo - so sad!!!! I just opened a new container (seal unbroken).....date still good....big mold spot....yuck!!! Wondering how many other containers I’ve unknowingly eaten that were like this. I thought I saw a little mold in a container a few ago, but thought I was imagining it. This was too big to miss!
Two containers had mold inside, purchased at 2 different stores over the last 2 weeks. I'll have to stay away from buying any more until this issue is fixed. I also emailed the company but no response yet.
A recall seems needed. Mold found in 5 different containers over the past month from two different grocery stores. All of them way before the expiration date. A true inconvenience in multiple ways.
