I love the taste of this yogurt and the ingredients in it. The only issue is the amount of times I’ve purchased this product and there has been mold (before best by date) is ridiculous especially considering the cost of this product. So disappointing. I’ve also reached out to the company and haven’t received any type of response.

STOP production until you get rid of the mold issue!
tasty but you never know if you're going to get a good one or a moldy one
I purchased two Coyos and they were both filled with mold when I opened them. They were well before best by date.
I love this yogurt when it isn’t moldy. Unfortunately, it is too often moldy and before expiration date. Not a reliable enough quality to feel safe eating this.
Dwindling quality and poor customer service. Does not follow up with hundreds of customers about purchasing moldy yogurts. It's a big issue. I used to love this product.
If I wanted a batch of mold, I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for it. After emailing the company twice because of this issue, Coyo's response was to ignore both emails.
It’s moldy much of the time and way too expensive to have mold issues. I emailed them to complain about the mold and got no response. Then I called to complain the next time we found mold and I was assured that they would fix the problem AND send us coupons for the many, many moldy yogurts that we had to throw out and THEY NEVER SENT THE COUPONS. They seem incredibly disorganized and unprofessional and it’s a shame because, when the product is good, it’s fantastic.
Follow up with what you say you're going to do. If a customer has been having to throw out Co Yo because they are moldy upon opening(prior to the BB date) and promised coupons to compensate and they never arrive~that's bad business and will find an alternative!!
