Frank assessment of probability of success considering age, physical condition and extent of damage to be repaired. Quick scheduling with office. All questions and concerns were clearly answered to satisfaction. Good follow up after procedure. Quick access to address concerns after surgery during rehab. Phone inquiries promptly returned. Found Dr. Khalid approachable, good listener and highly skilled. Personable. Office staff very efficient with their responsibilities.
This place is ridiculous. They don't call patients back and Dr Khalid is condescending. I've been waiting over 2 months for my knee surgery I got a denial from my insurance and I asked Dr Khalid's office to review that and nothing's happened. No call back nothing. I'm still in pain! I'm going to go back to Syracuse I guess and get a second opinion and go there from now on because this office is useless
Like most doctors, they aren't fond of you advocating for yourself here. They seem nice, could they definitely choose their ego over your symptoms. In not one person bothered to show me or go over any of my scans. Even though I have a new injury, and you would think they would want to explain it to me. But the minute you ask any questions or stick up for yourself, apparently, you know enough to not have anything explained to you anymore.
Dr Khalid is amazing. Excellent visit, wonderful staff. Results exceeded expectations!!! Would refer to anyone and everyone.
