I have nothing but praise and appreciation for CNY and their incredible staff. Every time I speak with someone on the phone or arrive for an appointment, I am greeted with kindness, compassion, and patience. This has made me truly feel valued and cared for—not only as a patient, but as a person. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or pushed aside. We have been with CNY for a year and today was my first day visiting the Irvine office. I had to have a SIS done and I was so scared. I can tolerate a lot of pain, but was so nervous because of my experience last year, with my medical group. We walked in and were greeted by very sweet front desk staff. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment. The office is very small (compared to the full service locations), but is so warm and welcoming. I had been meaning to leave a review after my first egg freezing cycle, but after seeing some of the negative reviews on here, I felt even more inclined to write one now. My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. I was probably one of the first patients at this location, as the clinic only opened in March, and RN Rebecca has been wonderful throughout the entire process.
