I cannot say enough good things about CNY imaging patient focus and bedside manner. I Had a few misgivings about my diagnostic procedure, and within two minutes was greeted warmly by RN Stephanie Gilbert, who concierged me through the entire test as if I was her only patient. Thorough, respectful, empathetic, and did not minimize fears or questions. It was truly like having a personal coach. I came here in August of 2024 for a kidney/bladder ultrasound. The ultrasound was recommended by my primary care provider to try and find out why I was experiencing post hysterectomy like cramps. I get there, and I give them my referral letter. I spaced out and forgot to get a prescription from my PCP. They contacted her office, but that took a while. I was annoyed and frustrated.
