Scott is the worst person to deal with. I purchased a 4x8 router table that he said came with the bit set in the store on display. He sent the bit set to me and my machine finally came in (he was clueless on that also), he delivered the machine, didn't even show me how it all goes together, just left. He then came back 1 month after and demanded the bit set back and threatened me a law suite, remind you, I've had the set for over 3 months at this point. I told him to get lost and sue me. So much to say. Recently had my fan go out on my laser cutter after a couple of years of use. So I was in the market to get another and bought an exhaust fan from this company. Sure it was a bit of a drive for me but figured what the hell. Got the fan back to the office unboxed it and it was missing screws and bolts and had to rob them off my old fan. Super company! Helped me fix my Chinese laser machine I bought on eBay which I later sold and bought one from Scott at CNC Warehouse. Being a layman and not that great at repairs, when repairs are needed Scott the owner always makes time to fix my machine and is very knowledgeable about them. This company is professional and stands by their machines. 99% of my problems have always been user error or just repairs on items that have to be replaced because of constant use.
