Terrible company to deal with. They really do not care about the neighbourhood or the safety of the residents in their building. Linda is also very rude. A tree on their property is obstructing a stop sign, leading to issues with traffic, accidents and even pedestrians Being hit (bylaw infraction) Linda didn’t care though, said it wasn’t her problem even though they are in violation of a bylaw and it would only entail cutting a couple branches. We had a sewage smell that has been going on for quite some time in the units, when I got in contact with the new property manager King, he was quick to find plumbers to correct the issue. We really appreciate the work you have done to care for your tenant's!
