Very helpful staff. Helped me with my medical billing that I received a year ago.
They helped me take care of a medical bill that I've been charged with for the past two months. They offered me payment plans as I was not able to pay it all off at that time.
I received a medical bill from CMRE just last week due to a hospital visit. Now, I know how debt collectors are out there to get you, but CMRE did just the opposite. They informed of my medical bill right away, unlike other companies and I paid it all off through the phone call with no interest.
I didn't know I had an unpaid hospital bill until they called me and let me know what was happening. After talking things out, they helped me set up a payment plan that worked for both of us.

I lost a medical bill that was sent to me from my hospital. Thank God for these guys they had my medical bill on file and they sent it right to me. They were very patient with my payments as I couldn't make ends, but they negotiated with me and offered me payment plans. At the end of the day both sides were happy. Thank you.
