I received a bill from them about a week after my trip to the hospital to get some stitches. I called and just paid it off so it didn't become a bigger issue.

Actually better than what I expected from a collection agency. My call was only 15 minutes and I was able to pay my bill so they could leave me alone. One of my better/quicker experiences with medical billing.

The person on the other end of the line was able to calm me down and walk me through why I was charged. I was able to just pay off a quick $30 charge so my credit wouldn't be affected.

It was only a 10 minute phone call, unlike other similar companies I have experienced. The operator on the other line was also very helpful and friendly.

I have heard of horror stories from friends about their experiences with medical billing and the common advice I got was to always deal with it as soon as possible before your credit gets affected. I paid and resolved my bill over a quick 15 minute phone call.

Typical medical billing company. But my experience was relatively quick and not as frustrating as other companies I've dealt with.

I called them right away once I received notification of the bill from my most recent hospital visit from a forearm fracture. The young man I was on the phone with was very patient and helpful and we were able to resolve and settle my bill within a 15 minute call. I checked back about 10 days later and it was completely resolved. Like most collection agencies, the process can be rough but relative to my past experiences with other companies this was by far the best and most seamless.
