I called them right away once I received notification of the bill from my most recent hospital visit from a forearm fracture. The young man I was on the phone with was very patient and helpful and we were able to resolve and settle my bill within a 15 minute call. I checked back about 10 days later and it was completely resolved. Like most collection agencies, the process can be rough but relative to my past experiences with other companies this was by far the best and most seamless.
Do not put off calling them!!!! Call them immediately once you see the bill and resolve as soon as possible. They will walk you through the payment plans and your credit won't be negatively affected if you get ahead of the debt.
Any medical billing is a drag. Just call them or answer their calls and demand an explanation as to what and why you were billed for. The person I talked to was actually helpful and polite on the phone.
Found a random charge on my credit card and called them immediately. I was able to quickly get the proper steps to deal with this issue.
They helped me with my bill, with no extra costs which was a good thing. All I had to do was give them my payment information and everything was settled.
The customer service here is really helpful and really gave me some good advice on how to approach paying a medical bill that I was billed.

Although, no one likes to pay medical bills, CMRE made the process very easy for me. They contacted me about a week after my hospital visit to inform me about a bill that I got hit with. They told me that I had to pay only $300 ! Most hospital bills can go well above $500. Overall I was happy and payment was quick and smooth.
Most debt collectors are annoying, but these guys genuinely care and will help you with your payments
