I believe them to be a scam company. Sent me a collection notice and the bill has already been paid and the company I used NEVER SENDS OUT COLLECTIONS NOTICES NOR USES ANY FIRM AT ALL!!!
I went to the hospital a few weeks back to check on a minor ear infection. I forgot about the bill until I got it in the mail about 3 weeks later. After a quick call I resolved the bill. But the moral of the story is do not forget about the bill because it may come a bit delayed and handle it ASAP.
