My workplace had to renew our BLS/ACLS certifications and Erica was our instructor. She made things simple and easy but also very informative. She went over all the algorithms and demonstrated the skills and made sure everyone felt comfortable in what we were learning. She was pleasant and made the class enjoyable. Compared to years past, this was a painless experience. Would recommend this company.

Excellent classes (BLS, ACLS and PALS). Instructor is very personable and relatable. Real life examples discussed; straightforward teaching method. I learned a lot with their online study guides which prepared me well before the in-person lessons. I will definitely recommend .
