This is the third or fourth time I renewed w/ CMR CPR. I met them at the Xponential Music festival. They make it fun w/plenty of time for questions and interaction. Erica RN the teacher is amazing and so knowledgeable. Rodney the owner is very responsive and I will be purchasing a defibrillator from them within the year for my Women's Holistic Health and Wellness Center. PALS recertification was non-stressful!! Erica is a brilliant instructor!
My workplace had to renew our BLS/ACLS certifications and Erica was our instructor. She made things simple and easy but also very informative. She went over all the algorithms and demonstrated the skills and made sure everyone felt comfortable in what we were learning. She was pleasant and made the class enjoyable. Compared to years past, this was a painless experience. Would recommend this company.
Erica is a total professional. She made the class so easy to understand and also made it fun.
