Was with Cml for 5 years. Found them easy to deal with. Terri was always prompt and kind when I sent emails about anything I needed done!
Sandy at CML was a great property manager. She was always helpful, easy to talk to, and quick to sort out any issues. She made my time renting smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her support and would happily recommend her to others.

They denied us air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave of 36-40 degrees with a child and a small dog. And, refuse to fix the unit built into the wall of the building. They threatened me with by law for using a window ac unit as a temporary fix. They told me it’s “common property.” If my window is considered “common property” then so is the failed unit in the middle of my wall of the outside of the building! It literally makes no sense. This has been the worst place to have to deal with as someone else in the real estate industry. CML makes us all look bad. No professionalism, high turnover and your paperwork and bookkeeping in non-existent. Shocking you’re still in business after all the times you’ve been reported.
