I’m a pastor which requires lots of standing and I need to be active. Due to issues with my knees I was unable to do as much as I needed to do. Dr. Williams was very professional and compassionate in diagnosing the issues, was able to do surgery on one knee and ejections on the other and as a result my life has been changed. I am more active than ever, I have been dropping pounds and am able to stand and accomplish more than I have been able in years. Thank you for a job well done!
I would like to thank Dr Susan Williams and her staff for the excellent and caring service for me with my two total knee replacement surgeries this past year. I had many concerns and questions during the process and they were always helpful and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone needing this procedure.
I have never known a physician w/a worse personality nor bedside manner than Susan Williams. Cold/arrogant, waited an hour for a 5 minute reviewing of my proceedure w/o any explanation of what was going on or what I'd been through. My knee pain remains yet I was assured it would be fixed. Have repeatedly been left feeling like a cattle merely run through a shoot. 0 stars..!
