They are slow waited for 6hours in the waiting room without seeing a doctor and the guy at the reception desk in the evenings is very rude. The only thing cmc have that's good is maternity in pineville. Worst experience ever.

I m gonna keep it real!i do not like Carolinas Medical center!the times that i ve been there the workers were Professional!they were rude!!and the last time i was there i waited 8 hours and wasnt even seen they told me i wouldnt be seen until twelve the next day!!!i left!!thats just one ocassion!!!i I figured well maybe its a busy day or more pressing energencys!!but its every time i go!!!IM DONE WITH THEM!!!
Every single employee, from doctors to nurses to custodial staff had a pleasant, helpful demeanor. They all evinced genuine concern. It was at once welcoming and comforting.
My son was a patient there another a week ago. I had to work, so my mom stayed with him. The staff was excellent. Not only did they take care of my son, they took care of my mom also.
My husband had a heart attack in the airport in Charlotte on February 24, 2015. We live in Franklin, TN. He ended up having to stay and had a triple bypass on March 2nd. The surgeon was fantastic and the nursing staff was awesome. I can't say enough about the way they took care of him, and me, during our stay there. He has made a fantastic recovery and we owe a large part of that to the care he received at CMC.
