I wish I could leave zero stars. The receptionist was so fake and unsympathetic to my needs. My husband had surgery and it had run late. I had a very bad upper respiratory infection that my primary physician normally takes care of but she was unavailable due to a family emergency. They rescheduled me, which was nice because I needed to get in for meds. Always great customer service at the front desk,and getting in to see my doctor.The nurse was very good talking about what ever I came in for.My doctor Thisha Williams,is very caring , understanding,and gives me good advice.,and treats my issues. Thankyou CMC-Bellamy Avenue
I always enjoy visiting Dr. WILLIAMS. She is easy to talk to about intimate problems. She is the best doctor I have had in my 83 years.
Physician on personal extended leave, insurance has canceled physician, lots of problems with Rx refills and now having to move to a new MD.
Excellent experience.
