Very caring team, Megan at the front reception desk - terrific greeter/face of the practice. Alli the Clinician - makes you feel very comfortable, and she gives shots that don’t hurt, Dr Williams - what can I say about my favorite Doctor, she is caring, compassionate, explains everything in layman terms, and is very responsive to her patients’ needs.
I needed a same day appointment to see if I had developed an ear infection, a day before a road trip to see relatives. Dr Williams happened to have an afternoon opening. She was attentive, asked detailed questions about my symptoms. As soon as she saw the signs of a major infection in my left ear, she assured me that both prescriptions I needed would be sent to my pharmacy within 5 minutes.
