I was referred to CMC Turners Road by my primary care provider at CMC East for what I was told might be related to an infection. However, I am not aware of any infection, nor have I had any tests so far. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had been scheduled by mistake, and I was unable to see a provider.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience at this clinic and would like to commend the entire team for their outstanding care and professionalism. The front desk staff, led by Jenna, the Team Lead, along with her cohorts, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—not just to me, but to other patients as well. If I could give zero stars I would. THE ABSOLUTE most un professional doctors office I have EVER encountered. They ALWAYS reschedule appointments claiming they overbooked the doctor or the doctor isn’t in on that day supposedly. They really need to get it together.
