Wonderful and friendly service from the check-in (Ryn and Chole), to the doctors. Dr. Galimberti and Dr. Li both took care to explain what action need to done. Thank you to the whole team.
Gave a diagnosis. No issue there. However, poor communication skills in my opinion. Abrupt. Then hit a few spots on my face with just a bit of liquid nitrogen, saying nothing, and sent me on my way. They expanded of course. Ciao. I went elsewhere. Removed spots. Great experience there. So all's well.
