no dues increase we just got our annual dues invoice. I don't know how they do it with the bad economy and all the houses that are under water; but, there are no dues increase for our association, we may have less parties and gatherings in 2010, so hopefully our governing board with the help of cma can keep us goin' one more year and maybe by then there will be more jobs for everyone
Grand Peninsula - Grand Prairie We held our Annual Meeting at Daulton Elementary on November 19. I was so proud of our Board. They are so professional. And we are quite fortunate to have CMA as our management company. We are especially blessed to have Toni as our assigned manager. She is wonderful!
CMA Awards Last night I watched the CMA Awards, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are still my favorites. THANK YOU CMA. You guys get it right most of the time.
I give them 10 stars After seeing my fellow neighbors make fools of themselves at the last Annual Meeting. CMA deserves 10 stars. What bothers me now is knowing how crazy some of my neighbors really are.
Great Website It may take a little time to explore, but with a little effort you can handle all of your HOA business on line. I wish I had used it sooner.
We came back ! Last year our out-going hoa board with their infinite wisdom let the CMA contract expire. The new management company was suppose to be cheaper. They were . . . but they did not do anything. That is why they were cheaper! So this year the new board brought CMA back. Lesson learned . . . cheaper is not better.
Bad Business I am a homeowner in Bridlewood and are under the auspices of CMA. It is my hope that when the contract comes up next year we will be well rid of this management company. I find them a very arrogant bunch, very expensive and are usurping their authority within this community. They often forget who is paying for them as do our own HOA Board so I suppose that is how this all started. We had a meeting on the 29th July and all rules of order were ignored.
