Bad Business I am a homeowner in Bridlewood and are under the auspices of CMA. It is my hope that when the contract comes up next year we will be well rid of this management company. I find them a very arrogant bunch, very expensive and are usurping their authority within this community. They often forget who is paying for them as do our own HOA Board so I suppose that is how this all started. We had a meeting on the 29th July and all rules of order were ignored. I am a homeowner of property manager my this company. It used to be another management team and has been good till this company was brought in and things are getting ugly. This team is extremely lazy with poor to zero communication. They would spend time looking for your violations and send you letter of violation so they can get money rather than solve the problem. Worst of the worst. I will give zero star if I can

CMA consistently goes over and beyond what is expected in helping manage our community. From detailed reporting, being first onsite after storm damage has occurred to working with homeowners to correct violations. They are always courteous and professional. We feel lucky to have Kathy and Christine to help guide us to be the best community in Texas!

I feel fortunate to have made a connection with Angie Beene, my Stonebridge Ranch HOA representative. I worked through a couple of neighborhood "issues" with Angie. Angie has always been responsive, reliable, compassionate, understanding and professional ! I hope I do not need any HOA interventions in the future. I would prefer to call Angie a business acquaintance / friend. She's the BEST !

This management company harasses homeowners. While some homes are allowed to do anything they want with their properties others are constantly hounded. We have a trumpet vine that peaks over the top of the fence occasionally and we immediately get a letter threatening a fine. We are sick and tired of them! They provide no useful service.

How this company gets 3.5 star rating on YP. the worst HoA ever. they will just blatantly ignore you for 2 months... I live in Miramonte community in Frisco.. they are just clueless and have zero efficiency.. I will certainly vote to ditch them and find a better company for the dues I pay..

I have lived in my HOA since 2001 and my property backs up to a park, with what I was told was a HOA maintained fence. They claim it is not and even if I have it in writing they do not have to abide by it. All my neighbors that were original owners as well as two that have moved were all told the same thing, yet they claim it is all ours. Not to mention the sprinkler system in the park which they maintain, has left water marks all down the fence. Other than, ignoring bylaws and making policy, making up board member restrictions that aren't in bylaws, paying to mow an area not owned by the HOA, not mowing an area that is owned by the HOA, encouraging board members to rally around giving away it's property, ignoring Bylaws that require an audit of the greenbelt, providing illegible maps, ignoring board member demands for competing bids on greenbelt maintenance, ignoring Association Maintenance Fencing when policing the neighborhood for weed violations, Not notifying ho... read more
