I have lived in my HOA since 2001 and my property backs up to a park, with what I was told was a HOA maintained fence. They claim it is not and even if I have it in writing they do not have to abide by it. All my neighbors that were original owners as well as two that have moved were all told the same thing, yet they claim it is all ours. Grand Peninsula - Grand Prairie We held our Annual Meeting at Daulton Elementary on November 19. I was so proud of our Board. They are so professional. And we are quite fortunate to have CMA as our management company. We are especially blessed to have Toni as our assigned manager. She is wonderful!
no dues increase we just got our annual dues invoice. I don't know how they do it with the bad economy and all the houses that are under water; but, there are no dues increase for our association, we may have less parties and gatherings in 2010, so hopefully our governing board with the help of cma can keep us goin' one more year and maybe by then there will be more jobs for everyone

Other than, ignoring bylaws and making policy, making up board member restrictions that aren't in bylaws, paying to mow an area not owned by the HOA, not mowing an area that is owned by the HOA, encouraging board members to rally around giving away it's property, ignoring Bylaws that require an audit of the greenbelt, providing illegible maps, ignoring board member demands for competing bids on greenbelt maintenance, ignoring Association Maintenance Fencing when policing the neighborhood for weed violations, Not notifying ho... read more
We came back ! Last year our out-going hoa board with their infinite wisdom let the CMA contract expire. The new management company was suppose to be cheaper. They were . . . but they did not do anything. That is why they were cheaper! So this year the new board brought CMA back. Lesson learned . . . cheaper is not better.
Great Website It may take a little time to explore, but with a little effort you can handle all of your HOA business on line. I wish I had used it sooner.
I give them 10 stars After seeing my fellow neighbors make fools of themselves at the last Annual Meeting. CMA deserves 10 stars. What bothers me now is knowing how crazy some of my neighbors really are.
