I hired this company in May. I'd call every couple weeks asking when my roof would be done/when they would need a deposit. Everytime I was told that they'd get my roof done before the winter and they'd have a date for me the next week. I finally let it go two months before calling again. Got told the gentleman I was working with had quit because his boss kept stringing along customers like me. There was never a plan to get my roof done. Much like George (the only other 1 star review) Cole completely ghosted us, twice actually, after giving a quote and having us pick the colour of the metal roof. It happened first last year when he disappeared completely (no replies to voice mails or texts or emails) after taking our colour order. I figured he was just too busy (though replying to a text, even to say “Sorry, can’t do it, we’re too busy” can’t be hard, right?) I managed to get a hold of him in the off season, and he assured me that he’d bought all the panels ... read more

Great company. Cole came to the house and did a thorough job inspecting the roof and giving me a quote with pictures of the problems on my roof. He was prompt with quotes and questions. He brought over sample colors for the shingles. Out of the 8 companies I had come they were the best price with warranty and actually showed up for the quote.
