After reading reviews, we contacted C&M Carpet Care for help with several very sandy and dusty Berber rugs we had just bought. The rugs had a strong smell and one had unique notched triangular fringe that needed cleaning and some repairs. It took a bit of time to have all the rugs cleaned and fixed, but we were so happy with the results that we also had our Chinese and Iranian area rugs cleaned and repaired too. I have hired this carpet cleaning company several times. Their trucks can be a bit noisy, and the workers, like Edwin and Bryce, might seem a little rough at first, but they always do a fantastic job on my carpets. Every few months, after my two dogs bring in mud, I call them because I just can’t keep up with it myself. They are also very affordable. I’m always happy with their work and will keep using them. these folks really know how to clean carpets. i spent a lot of time and money with other companies before, but was never happy with the results. edwin is by far the best carpet cleaner i've worked with and did an amazing job on my carpets. super professional, quick, and always finished right when promised. i highly recommend c&m carpet care for any carpet and floor cleaning you need. trust me, i've tried plenty of others.
we woke up to a big mess on our carpet from our old dog. after reaching out to a few carpet cleaning places with no luck, bryce was able to help us right away. he and his teammate did a great job and the price was fair, too. our dog had another accident later, and bryce came back to clean it up again, even though it was a weekend evening, and didn’t charge us extra. we really appreciate the help. we will definitely use this carpet cleaning service again and recommend them to others!
