We simply adored our guy, Bryce. He did an outstanding job, going well beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him to anyone. I'm confident all of the C&M Carpet Care crew are excellent, but he just made us feel comfortable having someone in our home. Can't say enough positive things about him. We opted for the deep carpet cleaning service in Birmingham and it is certainly worth the investment.

We utilized carpet cleaning services from C&M Carpet Care for our staircase and a couple of rooms. Edwin, the technician, arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which was fantastic. He also took the initiative to call and confirm if it was alright to arrive earlier. He performed a comprehensive and excellent job! The quality of service and the pricing was outstanding, offering great value for money, here in Birmingham.
The female employee was initially a bit stern, stating that the restroom was only for customers. So, I decided to purchase a carpet cleaning product from C&M Carpet Care's vending machine in Birmingham just to fulfill the requirement. Much to my surprise, Peyton still insisted on the rule. However, her attitude gradually improved, and she showed me great hospitality. A rather interesting experience overall.
