We bought a Buick Lacrosse from another dealer in Hazard in 2014. The remote needed fixed that opened the doors. Yesterday hubby took it to the dealer and they told him they couldn't fix it would cost around 300.00 to get one. He went to Clutts not a Buick dealer and they took the time 1&1/2 hours to repair my remote free of charge. Don't find this type of service and accommodation and at no charge My next vehicle will be bought arh Clutts! Thanks very appreciated!
My husband &I went to Clutts Auto and at the time we were in a big pickle. Austin &the guys did everything they could to help us. Today Austin got us out of the pickle &into a nice new car!!! Thank you guys so much !!!
