When we first went to Clutts it seemed everyone was nice and honest but little did I know that they are just out for the dollar and not for the people what so ever. We purchased a Lincoln Mkx in October and the heater core was out they refused to fix it because it wasnt the engine and that was all the warranty we had covered. So then in February driving down the road the Lincoln dies and its the transmission so we call Clutts who says they will help take care of us, to get it towed there.
