Club Sport is Amazing!!! It is a beautiful facility with everything class and work out equipment you could want. Classes are great with the best instructors. The entire facility is always perfectly clean especially the locker rooms. And the staff is always very warm and welcoming.
Group Fitness Master Instructors (ie: Ingrid Owen, Will Pritchard) who teach Les Mills format (Bodypump, Body Combat, CX Works, etc.)
Ingrid has been my lifeline to staying moving and inspired to continue to challenge myself physically, mentally and emotionally during this difficult time.
Great facility, staff, instructors, trainers!!! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! So many classes to choose from! Love this place!
