Lauren's classes are amazing! SH'BAM, COMBAT and PUMP will change your mind body and spirit into the best you ever! All the instructors are fantastic and the facility is second to none.
Top tier instructors, fun members, amazing group fitness manager and other club managers, wonderful employees and superb kids club. Not to mention the facility is always clean and everyone is very personable!
