The staff keeps going from bad to worse. You have about three people in the front desk on a saturday and not one of them can go into the loungue area to make something as simple as coffee. Some of us rely on that extra boost of energy. Where it’s inconvinient for me to make some at home or buy any wasting more money. It’s every weekend too. Great staff always helpful
My trainer, Roderick Turner, went above and beyond to help me regain confidence in the gym. His clear instructions, encouragement, and belief in my abilities helped me accomplish things I didn't think I could do anymore - like push-ups and squats. I couldn't have done it without his support - for this reason I encourage people to get a trainer.
