We had a minor issue with membership that was our fault not the gym. We brought the issue to Doug the manager and he fixed out issue right away after showing a quick email with the HR. Basically fixed what was a miscommunication. Besides for being slightly crowded and a lot of younger people grouping around machines the gym is clean and convenient for the price. However, management showed common sense and were very helpful.

Mary Katherine was very helpful throughout the entire membership process. Very thorough and friendly.
Absolutely fantastic! I got the mid level pass and it comes with a free waterbed massage once per day. Great motivation to go in the beginning. Haven’t stopped going for months, staff is super friendly, and the facilities are much cleaner than other gyms.
