beware. $35 a night for parking and they use that to try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation for 4 days of parking comp. service is terrible, waited 30+ minutes for a towel and toilet paper, would never stay here again.

BEWARE this is not a hotel. This is a timeshare place that consistently tries to manipulate you into becoming a member. They’re are so many reps and none of them communicate appropriately causing mass confusion. Check in took over 20 minutes as they passed me off to different members. They made promises on parking pending attending a morning brief where they try to sell you to become a member. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You’re much better off staying at a legit hotel or air bnb.

I wouldn’t trust this place at all. They put this wheel of fortune thing in the malls to lure people to sign up for their tours for timeshares. When I went there, they said I could not do the tour as they needed more identification. The person who signed me up did not tell me in advance to take more ID there. They even charged me $60 for signing up which they did give me back but they kept it to themselves for all this while. I drove all the way from Round Rock to this location just to be sent back. Had a great time. Got to go in a Tesla robotaxi. Austin alway a fun place to visit. Easy walk to many places from the hotel.
