We arrived and we're told to call a 800 number because we had been relocated. Despite several text messages and phone calls that confirmed our arrival and stay. Mind you we had just come from horrible stay at marble falls resort that was major disrupted stay which was to be a 36 anniversary trip 4-17-2026 through 24th and marble falls and 24th through May 1st at club Wyndham. Great place in a great location. Nice amenities (heated pool), foozeball in our dining room, owners lounge, and 24/7 fitness center. Right in heart of South downtown near 6th St., Capitol, river, parks, and shopping area. Lots of food nearby and even a whole foods close
2nd visit, handy to everything, great staff and rooms with a great city view.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and equipped for longer stays. Great location! Easy to walk or catch a ride share to the capital building, restaurants, bars, etc. Top notch customer service. Kierra helped us during check-in and she was really nice and accommodating and even included a special treat in celebration of my mom’s birthday. The manager was also very helpful.
