So fun!! I am new to Pilates but have been wanting to try for a long time. I have been taking lessons from Cristina for a few weeks, and it has been a blast! She always comes up with new challenges and it is always fun. I feel the improvements from my posture and my mindset to parts of my body I didn't know could be sore! It's been a great experience overall, very fun and challenging, and I have learned so much!

Great clean, sleek, efficient and welcoming space. Just had my first of many to come one on one sessions instructed by Cristina Rodriguez. Her guidance in slowing me down and tuning me in to the slow and controlled movements that allowed me to be aware of my limitations (maybe 10% of the full movement before losing form) and the need to respect and stay within those bounds in order to experience the full benefit and proper development of my core was crucial. Highly recommend.
Had my first Pilates reformer class! Loved it- I'm hooked! Beautiful studio!
