I thought I didn't like Pilates until I came here! This is a great place to work out, sweat and fall in love with Pilates like I did. I recommend anyone, any fitness level, come try it out! Go work those booties and bodies ladies! �

Great trainers. 3 of us have been doing private lessons for a couple of months and taking a group class also.
Love taking pilates classes here! Jen is an amazing teacher, super knowledgeable and is great at recognizing the strength in people and really making sure they are getting the most out of their workout. I love that she has us do a variety of different exercises which keeps the workout fun and exciting and it goes by so fast!! Highly recommend her classes. I have taken classes from Susan as well and she is wonderful too!!
Had a great workout at this fabulous new and clean studio!! Was very impressed by the instructors and the overall experience opened my eyes to Pilates! I would recommend joining because the classes are excellent for all types and will send you home feeling refreshed!!
