RecommendedI signed up from my first impression of the class qith Alexis but since I sigedup. she is no longer at San Carlos. this is only one disappointed.
In fact I love the mode of service rendering here the instructors are okay I brought my mum here to make here go through some exercises club Pilate is really the best I will call next time

A great place to workout !! Instructors very knowledgeable it helps me a lot specially with my posture .if you have any question Jenny is always there to help you Just give them a call . I signed up as a member of Redwood City's new club. Jen offered to let me use San Carlos for an introductory class to make sure I liked it. Well, I love it and am addicted to pilates. The employees in San Carlos are so friendly and helpful - from the front desk staff to the instructors, they all want to know your name! I am not an athlete and am able to do most, if not all, of the exercises. We not only use the reformer but we use a mat, pilates chair, springboard and TRX along with some small extra equipment. Absolutely love the classes, but there are less and less classes at night. No classes after 5 Monday- Wednesday, it is a shame they can’t keep good teachers. When the classes are available, it is a good work out. Great pricing, however better to pay more to have more class options.
LOVE CLUB PILATES San Carlos! Always very clean and the staff is always exceptional. It’s a great work out and I always look forward to going there!
Really like this club. Really clean!! Workouts are actually fun!!
