Excellent class
excellent and explain clearly to every move
Honey is an impecable teacher! A true example of what pilates is all about - exercise for all bodies and all skill levels. Stays true to the book on what classes at club pilates are meant to be. With so many other more cost effiencent Pilates studios around, Honey is the reason I stay! Thank you.
Great instructor! Variety of exercises!!
Gail’s the best I take her classes every week!!! Super informative and makes sure you are doing things properly
