After taking a year off from the club I decided it was time to get back on track with my fitness goals. As soon as I got there I was greeted with attentive staff that were courteous and thorough. It really meant ALOT to have Scott AND Annette greet me with hugs a kinds encouraging words! Great facility, wonderful childcare in kidzone, couldn't ask for a better place to train and has pools, hot tub, saunas, steam rooms, showers, towels, this place is a playground for children and adults. It's absolutely wonderful!
