I'm here almost as many nights as I am in my home. Both are 2 of my 3 comfort zones!
They have it all, except cross fit! Best gym in town.
awesome place got to meet the owner Saturday and he welcomed me to his amazing facility...very clean new equipment and just an all around positive vibe in the place
Most towns this size aren't lucky enough to have such a great facility. I love the private ladies only area. My husband loves the hottub. He has neurological problems and we looked all over town for a hottub that had powerful enough jets to be theraputic. ( CNW has the best jets in town.) I'd like to see area 1 open to everyone.
I have been loving my membership at Club NW! My kids love Kids Zone, and the staff is all very friendly. I want to give a shout out to Bruce, the new Personal Trainer, I got a lot out of my session with him today. He gave me some tweeks to make to my current routine, as well as some daily home practice stuff to strengthen my core, and offered me options for stepping it up. I definitely recommend a session with Bruce!
I really enjoy going to Club Northwest. I really enjoy the warm pool exercising! All the folks there are so friendly!

Everything is amazing! Enrollment was pleasant. A personal gym in women's locker room until we are comfortable with main floor?! AWESOMMMMME!
Gymnastics school is great. I can't vouch for the rest of CNW though.
